​It's really important that there's a good match between a client and their coach. There is no better way of knowing than by doing it. That's why, if you are interested in working with me, and I think I have the ability to serve you, we will have a 1st coaching discussion. We will then define what your goal is and what success looks like for you.

I use a range of resources and coaching models with a structured approach which includes between 6 and 12 sessions depending on the goal, to work in depth and achieve results.
