Hello! I'm Frédérique and I am on a mission to support conscious individuals and organisations across the world, aiming for purpose and impact. 

With over 1,100 coaching hours and 600 hours delivering trainings, my vision is that we were born to use our natural talents to create. Whatever it is: art, business ideas, even cakes,... I firmly believe that our innate self-expression is a force for positive change.

We are meant to live a fulfilling life, to have fun, to connect and share with the world. We were not born to suffer a life that doesn’t feel right.

And when businesses apply the same philosophy with conscious leadership, employee engagement and brand reputation skyrocket leading to higher profitability. 

I employ a variety of different formats to fulfil my mission: key-note speaking, coaching, mentoring, hypnotherapy, online programmes, training courses, workshops and I absolutely adore each single one of them.
