Hello! I'm Frédérique and I am on a mission to support individuals and organisations across the world to fully realise their purpose and make an impact.

With over 2,000 hours delivering coaching and training, my vision is that we were born to use our natural talents to contribute and create something that didn't exist before us.

We are all leaders in that sense!

Our innate self-expression is a force for positive change. ​We are meant to live a fulfilling life, to have fun, to connect and share with the world.

 

We were not born to suffer a life that doesn’t feel right - and that should apply to our careers too.

Conscious leadership is not just a philosophy that applies to individuals but when the companies I work with apply it with vigour they see employee engagement and brand reputation skyrocket leading to higher profitability.

I employ a variety of different formats to fulfil my mission: key-note speaking, coaching, mentoring, hypnotherapy, online programmes, training courses, workshops.
